In her sharing, Ms June pointed out the importance of self knowledge, being honest, listening to feedback and being intentional to strengthen skill gaps.

As a woman, Ms June is always reflective of herself and the roles she hold in the family and at work – building a life’s strategy to ready herself for change. Being adaptable and embracing change also facilitated her transition from pedagogical influence to andragogical influence in her professional portfolio.

She also shared the need to humanize intentions when interacting with colleagues, friends and students.
