With your help, this blog site should be an exchange, collision, and collaboration of ideas. Your voice matters. We want learners from across the globe to share their joys and frustrations with the ones who want to learn, and want to improve.
This site is only as good as the willingness of people to share their insights and take back the power of learning to own it ourselves.

So it is a false statement. We will explore how many of the current practices can be retired and move the power of self development back to the individual and help organisations to build capability.
